With the main focus on client service, Opheim has launched into the Nashville real estate industry selling over $20 million in real estate. Zach’s dedication and enthusiasm towards his clients’ goals is the driving force to his success. Zach, a Chicago native, moved to Nashville in 2012 after receiving his double degree in finance & accounting while also playing basketball at Saint Xavier University.
That fall, Opheim started his career at business management firm Wiles + Taylor & Co., PC. In the spring of 2014, Opheim made the transition to road manager for a country tour. Once off the touring circuit, he moved into a consulting role for Warner Brothers/Word Entertainment. Making his music industry journey come full circle, Opheim accepted a role back at Wiles + Taylor & Co., PC in 2015 where he managed the books for 20+ musicians, writers, and producers. Starting the winter of 2018, Opheim ventured into residential real estate where he strives to help individuals achieve their goals of home ownership. While striving to help others through real estate, he is also consulting for business management firms around Nashville. When not working, he enjoys time with his wife Jeanette, two children Barron and Grace, their dogs Miller & Daisy, cheering for Chicago sports teams, and enjoying time with friends and family.
